Pieter Bijl shows how to finetune camber pressure via spacers on your Gun Sails sail. A nice tutorial for all racers with the ambition to squeeze the maximum out of their sail.

Hi, why are u using lower hole for boom terminal?
@gunsailswindsurfing3 жыл бұрын
You can choose according wind speed and sailor size. In stronger winds, the lower hole gives more control, in medium to light wind, the upper hole has better planing ability and more reactive when pumping.

Upon replacing the 3 parts between camber and sail to 2mm in order to reduce the camber pressure, I still struggle with too much pressure on the cam on my GSR 2022. Hard to place cambers (impossible without max outhaul then releasing downhaul). Once in place, still very hard to rotate. Any other tips pls??? Cheers

Hi, if you still have to much pressure with the right trim, you can take off all spacers to try and in the worst case, even grind off some mm on the backside of the camber. I suppose you use the correct mast for that sail?? Cheers Jörg

good description but he speaks so fast that if you`re not a native english Speaker it`s difficult to follow his instructions.
