Have you tried Astral Barrier + Spirit Barrier with glow moss? The activation of astral barrier comes AFTER glow moss's ability, so you can prok the glow moss while still tanking 0 damage to your life points.

Skill: Destiny Draw 1 Piranha Army 1 Des Kangaroo 1 Big Koala 1 Polymerization 1 Secret Pass to the Treasures 1 Gift of the Martyr 1 De-Spell 1 Des Counterblow 3 Supremacy Berry 3 Enchanted Javelin 3 Nutrient Z 3 Good Goblin Housekeeping 1 Master of Oz Always destiny draw for des counterblow asap. Use good goblin housekeeping to put your ending combo pieces at the bottom of the deck so you just draw into healing and to stay ahead of him decking out (he has sangan and doomdog to thin his deck), and use de-spell for his burning land cause he can kill himself with it. You can use vassal/union/union and maybe blue eyes ultimate with the summoner of illusion, dimension hole, card breaker combo if you need the extra points, but that's more cards that aren't healing so it's less consistent.

Des counterblow is just a Rare in Neo-Impact, so it isn't too tough to get and you only need the one copy. Most people have it cause they go there looking for mirror wall and senju.

If Limit Reverse is in DL, i’d suggest switching that out instead of Powerful Rebirth, so you can revive Warm Worm, and then on your turn you can switch Worm into Defense mode and limit reverse pops Warm Worm, and it gives an extra 3 mill

Nobody ever uses the NEX spell competetively. He probably was too surprised that somebody actually used it and forgot how the effect works. Or he didn’t even know Twinkle Moss‘ effect and forgot to read it.
