This episode and "The Railroad" are my two favorites....however , I love the whole series and listen to it daily. Amazing how it is superior to the television series....due to the wonderful and talented cast , who truly inhabit the characters they play. and the sound effects men.....

In the hundred or two episodes I've revisited from my childhood radio days and the hundred or two more I've heard for the first time here on KZbin, Hettie Hawkins might be the most endearingly funny Gunsmoke character of all.
