Jerald Wu wait, two more years to live? what makes you say that?
@Raldyyy8 жыл бұрын
in 2011 he revealed he has parkinsons disease, which doctors estimated around 7 years to live. Sad to lose one of the most interesting anatomist ive ever watched
@RavenousMedicine8 жыл бұрын
oh no. :( I feel compelled to write to him or something. I'm no anatomist, but I love to talk to people who have unique approaches to life. It feels to be a shame to lose him before we can learn about him personally. For the sake of memory.
@Raldyyy8 жыл бұрын
i feel ya completely.. I wanna give him a letter as well. But i do not know how. Im amazed by this man and i would love to visit his BodyWorlds exhibition. Hope he lives long beyond 2018.

Ross was just an embarrassment in this 'interview'. I'd have much preferred to hear more about Gunther von Hagen's life than Ross' weak attempts at what he supposes is humour. Hopefully, there will be another opportunity to hear Gunther share all that makes him such an interesting & knowledgeable man, preferably where he is actually allowed to speak...

I have admired Gunther’s work for over 25 years, I was lucky enough to have attended a lecture of his in Melbourne Australia when I was about 2 years into medical school myself. The contribution to science and education Gunther continues to this day is very admirable.

Very disappointed in Jonathan Ross' weird, disrespectful tone. Dr. von Hagens is a brilliant master anatomist/artist who should be treated with dignity, appreciation, and a fair amount of awe. I am not easily offended, but this was beyond the pale. Ross missed a great opportunity here to fascinate and delight his audience with von Hagens' uninterrupted answers to thoughtful, worthwhile queries. When living people act like this it's no wonder Dr. von Hagens prefers the company of his specimens.
