Gupta College Chemistry Research on Fermented Beverages

Research is happening at Coastal Carolina University that could change the beverages you drink. Drew Budner, Ph.D., and his students are looking at beer and kombucha from a chemical perspective. They are seeing if they can develop a better gluten-free beer and see if water chemistry can be adjusted to make kombucha more beneficial.
