I know this as "Priest Warrior Dervish" and the bouncing movements were much more pronounced, more like flamenco. Also, the music I have keeps building with up-tempo, so at the end you are moving quite fast... it always left me with a feeling of elevated awareness, almost like a drug high, but with clarity.
