The spinning serves the same purpose as the sacred drugs, it puts you into a different space, one unfamiliar and disorienting, separating us from our own power and placing us in the realm of another. Clearing the mind of all but one thought, "Oh God, I seek thee!" makes the connection, allows us the hear words not spoken by any man. The drumming makes the rhythm and blocks out all distractions. In that spinning circle, there is but you and God. Wonderful idea.

The constant rotation, although it is moving, Try to spin like this, you will notice that with the speed of rotation, you will spin spontaneously and when you want to stop, you will not stop immediately.. It will take a few laps to stop, and so the human life becomes fast when he is busy in life, and then slows down little by little until life stops

@larous67793 жыл бұрын

I was so young I don't know if I saw them before spinning or just started doing it intuitively. Anyway I am so happy to see a woman doing this because I know in some places it's not permitted. Spinning that much definitely would have me saying "Oh my god!" The "spiritual" experience of barfing uncontrollably while your entire field of vision continues to rotate, knowing it's not going to get better quickly... My childhood interaction with tire swings has a whole new meaning.
