Thanks for honest and informative video. Atleast someone has the guts to speak the truth that real estate market is bit slow now and end-users/investors are choosy and looking for value for money products only. Otherwise other influencers like so called No.1 Clarity giver, 50 sales in 50 Days Man are still talking about Bull Run 2.0.

One thing i have concluded from your videos is that in the coming 8-9 years gurgaon's top notch areas will surpass delhi A category area Am i right mr chetan ?

They will be 8-10% less in the next 10 years , 20 saal main Gurgaon will be 1.5 costlier than top Delhi areas I could be wrong Rohan bhai

Delhi vs Gurgaon, reality check kra du. 1) Jor bagh delhi- 13cr 350 yard builder floor. 2) SDA 4Cr for 100 yards 3) south ex 2-400yards 12cr... Bro delhi bne jamana ho gya, gurgaon se compare mat kro, roads, class, south Delhi ki dekhi nhi h........ Gk tak hi range h aapki....... Aao kabhi green park, Pancheel park, anand niketan....... 😂20 saal hue nhi gurgaon aur aap chale compare kre, goggle utaro duniya dekho, english me bolne se facts change nhi hote

Rates bohot zyada bata rahe ho aap…..itne rates hai nahi Delhi mein…..mai khud south Delhi rehta hu green park side hi…….Jor bagh ka theek bataya hai bss……south ex 2 mein itna nhi hai……12 Cr mein 400 yards toh Gulmohar Park or Panchsheel park mein dila du brand new floor aajao….

Bhai.. kaunsi sasti charas phoonk rahe ho jo Delhi ke rate Gurgaon se compare kar rahe ho! Metro pakad ke ek baar Delhi ho kar aa jao apko sasta padega aur rate ka bhi pata chal jayega. Lagta hai aap jis Delhi ki baat kar rahe ho kisi aur planet par located hai. Baki aap pehle bhi wahi public ko lootne wale video banate the aur ab bhi. Haryana govt. aur HRERA ko aap jaise brokers ko ban kar dena chahiye KZbin se bhi aur property market se bhi #shameonyou

Yeh A, B, C, D grade ghar baith ke banane walon ke liye hi kaha hai ki metro pakad ke ek baar Delhi ka chakkar laga lo, asliyat pata chal jayegi. Delhi mein area wise koi fix rate nahi hai Gurgaon ki tarah. Delhi as a city is a totally different marketplace when compared to Gurgaon. Maine isiliye kaha tha ke inki Delhi kisi doosre planet se hai aur inki saste nashe karne ki aur public ko lootne ki aadat abhi tak nahi gayi hai.
