dwarka expressway per night me mene flats ko dekha tha. i was in car. 50% khaali. koi light nahi chal rahi thi flats per.

Investors who have bought at high prices wont be able to exit easily. See end users dont really care of the market for 4/5 years. Example like delhi is a matured market with mainly end users so no speculation even if market falls will only matter to the people who want to move out. Gurgaon is a total speculative market, 70%+ investors are there and when they wont be able to sell market will crash, you want to call it a slowdown its ok, as investors who do not have deep pockets will sell as distress.

IIT IIM graduates are not finding fat packages cushy jobs now .. 100's of Engineering colleges have closed in last 2-3 years as no one is taking the courses .. TIER 2 and TIER 3 buying land or low rise makes more sense specially cities like lucknow, kanpur, ahmedabad, Jaipur etc .. Delhi, GGN Noida is overcrowded and highly overpriced for people buying on loans, etc

Slowdown and correction in gurgaon real estate sector is sure, this is the best time to exit not for entry or purchase.Baad main supply definitely increase hogi aur buyer easily nahi milega.

Bhai duniya ka dastoor h jo upar jata h wo fir neeche bhi aata h aur jo jyada uncha udta h wo kabhi na kabhi zameen par bhi aata h jaise 2008-09, 2013 aur covid k time par hua .. wo aage bhi hoga.. beshak wo purane rate wapas nhi aayenge but slowdown aur rate correction to jarur hoga .. jo purane h wo is baat ko samjhte h ki

Market go down further during 2026 people advise nit to by before 26 price will come down up to 22 to 15000 for those builder who launches 26 to 20000.dont into builder trap invester specially who apply 4 or 5 application will weed out vanished who have no money to pay dues..
