I am living here in London for about 6 years now and I do agree with your point of view in increasing your potential increment. I feel if you are doing the same job or you have the same responsibilities over the year your increment is very slow. On the other hand if you keep learning new things take more/ different responsibilities, then no one can stop you for asking more money. Currently where I work I went up to the ladder 3 times in last two years and my salary increased by 2.5 times from the time I started.

We moved here in 1994. Wish there was this sort of info given to us when we moved here. Loved the “stay humble” advice. Very apt since I know a lot of newbies first want to get is a shiny new car and then think about food/shelter. Image is nothing ..character is everything! Great video

It is easy to provide facilities in a country where 27million out of 38million people pay tax. It is not easy to run a country of 130Crore people where hardly 7crore people pay tax. Some people leave their homeland go out and badmouth about their homeland. Some people are not level headed and can’t think before making comments. That’s alright.

Hello I'm born in Ontario Canada. Kitchener to be exact. My GPA came from Croatia in the 60s. London is a tough city dirty and the people are mean. Kitchener is a great multi coltural community not dirty and definitely nicer people. I'm currently in Paris not far from Kitchener.
