What a gem of a women she was. I am beyond grateful we have all her teachings here on KZbin. Her wisdom and heart live on through these. Rest In Peace Guru Jugat. ❤️🙏

She looks like a he 🤭 Definitely had mental health issues, like Eckhart Tolle, Tony Moo ("Mooji"), or the Bentinho kid. But here is a FAKE GURU GIRL; Vadim Zeland put a mentally ill woman, Rene Garcia "The Queen of Reality Transurfing" (sic!), as one of the leading mentors, teachers of his tenets! Try Neville ❤ instead, and never look back! ❤

Beautiful and powerful presentation of Giru Jagat, specially the polarity description and the use we can draw from the acknowledgement of how it is a 2 -sides drum. Thank you 💫

Why do we like to use the term technology so much esp as it relates to traditions or practices that have been around for ages? I have a technical background and even I have an issue with us using such a term to describe a process or a way of life that is so much more mystical than, I dunno, a widget or a piece of software. I dunno, tomatoe tomato, just a thought from a random guy. 🤣 Great message none the less!!!

The only thing she said that needs clarification is about SSRIs and antidepressants. When used correctly, they can save you from depression and anxiety that can lead to a deadly psychosis, especially spiritual psychosis (which happens when your lower chakras are severely underactive and your upper chakras are severely overactive). Otherwise, what she says is true about maintaining integrity over your own mental and physical health by not letting things control you. You can't control anyone but yourself and no one can control you but yourself.

Jagat contradicted herself. At first she said you should be mindful of mainstream music, and later she herself got caught up in the moment in a Rolling Stones concert. Wake up, Jagat. Keith Richards is a hedonist not a yogi.

Yeah, it might seem so, but she is making good points and if you try her meditations they really do make you feel better. I think dressing in the Indian style is silly, that you should be able to dress any sort of way, but maybe the clothes feel comfy and they are more elegant looking than if she just wore comfy sweats or leggings. At any rate, at least try the meditations. you cannot really criticize if you have not tried the things she advocates. At least give things a chance and try them before disavowing them. :)
