All praise to Maharishi!! When I went to TTC in 1976 Maharishi told use in the meeting after making us Teachers - time and distance is no barrier when he resides in your heart. All the more so after February 2008 with his moving on from his physical expression. We are blessed every day we do TM and any other programs he passed on to us. Jail Guru Dev. All credit and respect to Guru Dev and Maharishi. This video is priceless it connects us to Him, Guru Dev, and the Holy Tradition in a way that when we perform Puja by ourselves that it is not present in its fullness - waves of Bliss rising up and down the channel of energy (in its gross expression - the spine). 個人の妄想ですが「GURUDEV POOJA 」についてコメントさせていただきます。もちろんとても良い動画でした。 この動画は、あふれるようなやさしさがありました。一方で、肉体側に対して強い作用を感じ取りました。 「GURUDEV POOJA 」 00:30　脊髄が徐々に振動を始める 01:00　足元は冷く、頭頂に熱圧（エネルギー上昇） 01:30　身体は止まっているが、意識が揺れ始める 02:00　第一から第三が鼓動を始める 04:00　第四アナハタ裏側の背中が鼓動 04:30　第五ビシュダが鼓動 05:00　イダピンガラが開き、脳脊髄全体が鼓動する 06:30　身体の全身が振動する 終了後　脳脊髄全体の鼓動が続く まとめ：脳脊髄を振動（活性化）させる動画です。肉体側の活性化に特に優れた作用がありました。この動画で瞑想する場合は、ごくごく自然体で臨むと良いかと思われます。個人的には、動画終了も３０分以上脳脊髄の鼓動で興奮し、瞑想と相反するものでした。というか、これがTM瞑想なのだと理解しました。

I was Lucky to Meet in Person My Guru His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the Guru of the Beatles During the Vedic Science Conference held in New Delhi, India every day for 4 Months. I learned TM from Foreign Teachers in 1975. Then I Attended a Teacher Training Course in an Island Resort in the Philippines in 1977 officiated by Foreign TM teachers led by Dr. Peter Hellerich From Germany. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi was able to Stop Red China Chairman Mao Tse Tung from Exporting Violent Revolution to South East Asian Countries by Sending His Western TM Teachers to Build Meditattion Centers in South East Asian Nations like Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Macao, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, South Korea - literally building a RING of Coherence to Prevent Red China From Contaminating Asians with the Wicked Belief that the only way to Build An Ideal Society is Thru Violent Bloody Godless Revolutions.

Strange that same year Maharishi died, USA Astronauts in their Space Travel Beamed the Song: "Across the Universe" from their Space Ship While in Orbit Around & Above the Earth in Space. It was a Beatles' Song The Music Band Composed for Maharishi Their Guru. The Refrain goes: Jai Guru Deva. Jai Guru Deva to Give Honor to Maharishi's Guru, the Shankaracharya of the North at that Time to Whom the Maharishi & His Teachers Offer the Puja. #2) When we were in The Vedic Science Seminars in India. We had lectures mornings, afternoons & evenings. At Night, Before Maharishi's Evening Lecture, They Will Read the News of the Day Around the World. Then Maharishi will comment. One Night The News Reader Told Maharishi & the Vedic Science Assembly that: "Chairman Mao Tse Tung has just Died in China!" Then Maharishi Made this Startling Comment on Chairman Mao: "He Made Many Mistakes in His Lifetime. He Will Have Another Chance." Maharishi Never Favored Mao's Bloody Godless Revolution to Assume Power in China. Here he talks Chairman Mao will have to Reincarnate Again ( Take Another Physical Body ) to Learn from His Mistakes ( Reap his Karma) in His Past like like Any Human Being Who Fail to Gain Spiritual Realization with the Soul that God has Given Us. With all due respect why do the teachers charge SO MUCH. ? And from my experience the teacher blamed me only that I do not concentrate He wasn’t even compassionate to listen to my reason that why I am learning to meditate. Any one can teach how to meditate It’s only the practice. So why charge.

I don't know where you are but if you are in the USA there is a fee based on income now. Its quite affordable. if you really cannot even afford that then ask if there is any DLF foundation grant available to you esp if you are first responder or Veteran.

There is not one place in the initial instruction or the checking procedure that instructs one to concentrate .I have been a TM teacher since 1973 and was initiated in 1969 and can tell without a doubt that the lack of concentration and or contemplation is what distinguishes TM from all other forms of meditation . You were cheated or you are not telling the truth .
