Penalty should be marked on builder.. it's a kind of torcher on buyers.. it's been a 7 years and we are just counting days for possession

I have a flat in this society and am facing the same issue. They told me to pay extra amount for size as told that size has increased after construction. And said payment will be adjusted which we have already paid but till now they have not adjusted. req our govt to take strict action as it is under govt authority.

Builder told me yesterday that extra added payment power back up 65000+gst and additional area 40000+gst has to be paid to take fit out possession . Please advise what to do now

@@MoonlightArt391 in ultra modern society is charging 30 thousand for power backup and I don't know extra area. Better to check the area with your own and decide. For Gurgaon power backup is banned for houses and it's for common area only and that too by solar only

RERA ,TCP gurgaon should take strict action against builder at earliest and should help buyers in getting their home . Project delayed by 2-3 years.

Builder apni marzi isliye chala raha hai because GOVT & HRERA koi action nhi le rahe. Penalty lagni chahiye builder par and buyers ko interest dena chahiye jo unhone EMI & rent ek saath pay Kara hai double burden ho gaya hai. #actionagainstbuilder #hrera #gurgaonproperty

Don't take fitout possession, take proper possession with OC only, flora ki electricity cut kr di hai 3din pehle bcoz builder clean chit nhi hai
