This move will not help BJP at all, but rather fasten up it's irrelevance. The farmers of rural India don't want to go and work in the cities because they are uneducated so would be forced to do blue collar work which they consider beneath their dignity. They consider unskilled labour in cities to be below their dignity because of the caste system. Do you even know the caste composition of the poor who migrates from villages to cities ? They are overwhelmingly SC/ST and this will only increase the relevance of the Dalit vote which BJP has been failing to cash on, as they are a pro hindutva party. These migrants would rather pick up Ambedkarism over Hindutva, and with such schemes the core of BJP will also be even more alienated and see them as an Ambedkarite party instead of a Hindutva party, thus reducing vote share.

Very good idea sir ! This is similar to council houses in the UK. In fact, to add to it, these clusters can be built close to industrial hubs and commercial spaces with pedestrian walks and cycle tracks to cut down long commutes

Maybe out of topic : The cleanliness of Karnataka is pathetic. Roads, civic sense, policies, water crisis is at its peak. With free transport for women budget is suffering. With people migrating from rural localities or other cities, these things have to take care off.

We want becauae atleasr BJP has done well in maintaining fiscal stability and good debt management, congress has a bad track record on that. Only party in opposition with good track record is DMK
