As a SC category student who is going to do a PG degree course. He is eligible for fee exemption from the government. For which he has to submit a certificate of his father's income. Which should not exceed 1.2 lakhs. In this case student's father is a retired 65-year-old soldier. And he's getting 45 k/month pension, being senior citizen his fall under tax exemption.means that this student can not take advantage of SC category And he can not reimburse his fees out of the tax deduction. In both cases this poor SC category student is economically humiliated . Let's bring him justice . Sewa Singh Amritsar

Husband Central govt मे हो और वाइफ स्टेट govt मे तब कौन कौन से benefit दोनों में से कोई एक ही claim कर सकता है। Ex. Medical, LTC, CEA, HRA and others. LTC मे leave encashment का लाभ दोनों को कैसे मिलेगा और यदि दोनों अलग अलग station पर तैनात हो तो होम टाउन LTC का लाभ कैसे मिलेगा। अगर वाइफ CGHS का लाभ लेगी तब भी क्या वह स्टेट govt. Employee को मिली मेडिकल फैसिलिटी में अपने खुद के माता पिता का नाम add करा कर उनको लाभ दे सकती है।
