Sir CEA has already been increased with 25% wef 01.01.2024. However our office is not entertaining CEA cases with increased rates with a query that our office should ask for clarifications from our higher offices. Is that ok or we may increase CEA from 01.01.2024 without awaiting for any clarification. I am in CRPF.

Sir, is OM k according first se pehle 3 classes k liye children education allowance milna chahiye.maine abhi 6 april, 2024 ko bache ko pre-nursery me admission dilvaya.bache ki age 2 years 8 months h.play school h recognised h.school me first se pehle pre-nursery, nursery aur KG class h to mujhe CEA milna chahiye? School walo ko kuch nhi pta wo bol rhe h ki CEA claim k liye bache ki age 3 years chahiye.

Sir, I have one query about CEA: suppose I join the central govt organization on 1st April 24 in FY 2024-25 on a permanent basis (Prior to 1st April 24, I was on contractual for the last 2 years in the same organization). Then can I be eligible to get CEA of the previous year from 01.04.23 to 31.03.24

Namaskar Sir, I am serving central government employee, few days ago I have seen an order, in which it is said that now central government employee can claim CEA of 3 classes before class 1. Till now rule was for only 2 classes before class 1. and accordingly I have claimed CEA for session 21-22 for nursery. Further I did not claim CEA for 22-23 session(class LKG) as I had to claim for session 23-24(class UKG, considering that CEA will increase if da reaches 50%). Now my question is that can I claim for session 22-23(LKG) along with 23-24(UKG). Kindly advise. Thanks & Regards
