jai shree Ram swami ji . I am a student of class 12 and i used to practice basic meditation and soon lost continuity but after knowing about the mantra meditation i am really attracted towards it . I didn't knew about this before but now i am so happy that i can't express it in words ,definitely gonna do this practice ..
