Nishant Nandan Mishra Cheers for this, been searching for "what should i think about during meditation" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ganlizabeth Preliminary Genie - (do a search on google )? It is a good one off product for discovering how to get abundant success using meditation without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my partner got excellent results with it.

I have practiced meditation for most of my life and i dont go on social media unless i have to, i try very hard to not compare myself, i dont hang around with people who are not good for me and even though i get stressed i can sort my own problems out by sitting quietly for 20 mins every few days.

What to do about lacking motivation to meditate Simple Meditation "Life Hack" - that I learned in my ashram. A lot of us out here who have been practicing meditation daily for years, run into a meditation hour where we simply have zero motivation to meditate. There is a simple "hacK" that helps these situations. And it can actually apply to a lot of things beyond meditation. So, let's say your standard meditation is a 15 minute session or 30 minutes or 45 minutes. And you just can't bring yourself to do it that one day. What do you do? Well, you can trick your mind into "allowing you to meditate." What you do is say to yourself that this day, you will only meditate for 2 minutes. Then, immediately your mind relaxes and says, "well, I can do 2 minutes, that is nothing." And then, you sit down for those 2 minutes. Now, most of the time, once into meditation for 2 minutes, you will actually feel like it is not big deal to continue. And then you go for 5 minutes and 15 minutes and you are off into a regular session. And sometimes, those 2 minutes don't gel into that further meditation. And you can take that day to just meditate those 2 minutes or maybe 5 minutes.

The single most important tip is stop trying to control the mind, the mind has a life of its own. The day you realize that your mind thinks for itself it will be one of the most eye opening experiences in your life . That’s how you know you did transcendental meditation . Just make sure your not high so you won’t be confused as to did that really happened or was it the drugs

People with physical limitations may not be able to participate in certain meditative practices involving movement. Along with yogic practices one can also use some herbal preparations from Planet Ayurveda for betterment. So, you can try simple breathing practices which calm down your system, brain and body.
