I don't quite understand your question, so I assume you think that this Gusion series function as sub-weapons/event's weapons but this is actually belongs to witch weapons. Gusion ninja is a whole new water element type and Andras ninja is wood element. Both are vary in term of play style, weapons, skills, runes and so on.

I am sorry that I can't give you a confirmed answer since I never played this Gusion Warrior before but from what I saw, you don't have to build atk spd on this Warrior and it doesn't need basic atk dmg because the damage output mainly source from skills.
