Back in the day, Breitkopf mistakenly published number four as number 1 (c sharp minor). And since then some editors stick to that, some try to fix the ordering in urtext editions. But you know, at the end if the day who cares :D

@@johannsebastianbach3411 The actual reason is that the first French and English editions placed the C-sharp minor mazurka last rather than first, whereas the German edition placed it first.
