Breaking News:An Amtrak Train has rear ended a Frieght train! At around 10:30 A.M., an Amtrak Passenger train was taking passengers to the next station. When the train was reaching a curve, the driver saw a local CSX Frieght train with a uncoupled locomotive and put on the brakes to avoid a collision, but it was too late. The train hit the cars at full force, out of the 120 passenger on board, 95 were injured, 15 were unconscious, and 10 were killed. CSX Transportation and police responded to the accident and has sent a helicopter and an ambulance while CSX sent a locomotive to take the Damaged lead engine away to the shops for repair.

Gustivetime news: An amtrak train collided with a CSX Freight train. This disaster happened because the CSX Locomotive got broken down and the Amtrak engineer did not see the red light. If he saw that, he could have not caused that disaster. 2 people died and 21 injured. Back to you, Gustivetime!

BREAKING NEWS: Amtrak Metroliner 153 Inbound to Washington DC Crashed into a stalled freight train out on the keystone's track. 23 People Died and 57 Suffered injuries after the wreck. The NTSB started an investigation about the crash. In 1989 appeared the results: It was a total fault of the engineer, he getted distracted in the cab, looking the nature outside. There was also a fault of Amtrak, for not putting to their trains an alert control and an automatic emergency brake.

Communication error between Amtrak and CSX dispatcher assumed CSX 9315 was waiting on a siding so Amtrak 912 got clear signal unaware of the fact that CSX 9315 was stopped in front of the Amtrak resulting in the wreck. Investigation results is Human error. Positive train control could of avoided this.

More like February 4, 2018, when Silver Star train number 91 traveling southbound from New York to Miami, Florida collided with a CSX freight train at Cayce, South Carolina and derailed. Two employees were killed and 116 passengers were injured amongst the eight crew and 139 passengers on board

Breaking News: Amtrak's Keystone Corridor train 912 was on the new route that had opened on the Keystone Corridor not far from downtown Philly when it crashed into a parked CSX train. 9 people are dead including 31 year old engineer Joseph Howard and 19 people are seriously injured. The accident occurred around 9:35am, after the train was running 28 minutes behind schedule which may have had something to do with the crash. As of right now, an investigation is underway but will be difficult to find out what happened due to a multitude of reasons. Until then, this crash remains a mystery until the NTSB has made their conclusions and findings.
