Restoration of the F7 Canadian National!

The CN F7 is next for restoration. Canadian National provided VIA coaches for excursion while the Gustavtime workshop was busy making essential repairs and repaint. After the coaches arrive, CN F7 reemerges as #6339 wearing a fresh coat of CN Zebra stripe livery. Welcome back CN #6339. CN #6339 looks good again after a while of being stuck in a grain elevator.

@@GUSTAVTIME thanks. Here's my restoration request: Coaster F40PHM-2Cs #2103 and #2105. They're stuck on an abandoned railway bridge in San Diego. Both are completely inoperable as both are horribly rusted due to years of being exposed to the elements after being retired from Coaster in 2021

Fun fact: this very F unit is actually getting preserved irl because CN 6539 was later Ontario Southland 1400. The VIA Rail Historical Society is getting funds to purchase it from the OSR.

And restore the old F unit for excursions. They have plans for a special train in 2028 with #6539 in the lead.

CN F7 Road No. has been changed 4 times. First is #3210 from abandoned area to workshop, second is #6557 before restoration, third is #6539 after restoration, and last is #6339 run a passenger train.😅

What a terrific crew working in the maintenance shed.... never ever have I seen a clean shop like yours..... once again....a beautiful and remarkable restoration of the primary movers as always...
