@jioann00 yeah its a hard thing to do but hardly anyone realizes that it is (or should be) the ultimate goal of any musician to get to that point. Most musicians just want to be better than everyone else and be ridiculously fast, or make everyone think they are cool because they play the instrument. that's why we don't see more players like this. everyone is focused on the wrong things.

I think Ben and Guthrie are both fantastic players. That being said, something tells me Ben wasn't on his game that day. And I imagine playing with Guthrie could be very intimidating. I just think Ben was a little thrown off by Guthries monster playing.

Poor Ben was way over his head. When jamming with less experienced musicians Guthrie should only use one hand and his guitar should be out of tune, just to make it fair.
