+윤권상 Their album "Red" comes to mind, especially one of the jammier parts midway through "Starless". that dissonant, pessimistic, chaotic sound reminds me of Robert Fripp and Adrian Belew's double guitar work too

More please! I've been a great fan of both Govan and Godin. While guthrie has been getting more exposure, Christophe is no less of a stunning player and character! More collaboration will be awesome since I think these both share the same wavelength in the sense that they're such 'cheeky' fusion players, in the best sense of the word!

saedt I don't know both of them, but seeing this I would say the bald guy knows more about the music than the other harmonically speaking, but both are alright. Though it isn't that hard to understand the harmony on this and they were just jamming for fun.

Des fois j'aimerai pouvoir jouer comme eux, alors je m'entraine dure, et je vois une vidéo comme ça, sans shred, sans facéties, et je me dis que ça va bien plus loin que le shred et la technique, que l'entrainement n'y fera rien, on est déjà trop loin derrière qui que nous soyons. Great thing about Guthrie (among many others), is that if you watch most of his clips wherein he's jamming with another dude, he's able to adapt perfectly with the other person's playing style. Talk about versatility.

I am a huge Govan fan and both he and Godin did an amazing job. I actually love the lick Godin did at 1:17-1:20 very tasty. And the backing track is Smokin' does anybody know if the backing track is available through bendnote?
