Amazing reactions this episode, there's a lot to wince at and a lot to cheer for!!! Casca has finally decided to be with Guts instead of chasing the endless goal that is Griffith, she deserves happiness and Guts deserves humanity!!! This doesn't change much for Griffith unfortunately, since his dream from his perspective has still been ruined by Guts, intentionally or not he's taken the wind from his sail and now he's stolen the sword from his sheath. Hopefully thinking solely about Guts and also how without him, his dream is unobtainable for 1 entire year while constantly being tortured doesn't leave any hard feelings!!! The reactions you all give in this episode are absolutely priceless!!!!!

Maybe it's a little late but there was a scene in the manga when Guts got PTSD and started choking his Cas, because he was a victim of sexual abuse as a child.

yeah thats one of the few complaints i have about the old anime. they really should not have removed gut's trauma it a very big part of his character.

There is no season 2 and 3. The 2016 and 17 animes are a completely different series with what most would agree to be questionable animation at best, but I won't judge you if you like it... I just wouldn't recommend those.

@@gabbiaguiterrez6388 yea the songs are bangers, I think the best way to experience Berserk is to read the manga while listening to a playlist of the OST lol (not to mention there's also the old anime's + the games' + the movies' soundtracks + some non-Berserk songs from Susumu Hirasawa since those can fit the manga's vibe really well too)

the animation art style is so good.. sex scenes were moderate.. i also watched 2012 version, the art style was kinda Aot and vinland saga in old school modern style.. it was crap and the sex scenes were longer lol
