Glad to see you guys are enjoying life in midst of all the ups and downs ! Keep it going ! The house hunting journey is definitely not easy. We feel you. We went looking and looking, put in offers over the asking price after like 15 min house tour, fantasizing life with that home but got outbid time after time. We must have seen over 100 houses before we got the one we are in. The process can be discouraging but once you get it done, it will be all worth it ! You've got this !

The instruments for Ru are perfect, might want to rethink the drums however, unless you just love the sound. Happy 2nd Birthday to Rupert!! That sure went fast!! Building a house is a lot of work, if you want it to turn out how you want it, but it's def worth it. Picking everything does take a lot of time and effort, but having a designer can help. There are far worse things to do in life then build a house. If you find that ideal property, you should def go for it!! It's def disappointing not getting the house you were expecting, but as has already been said, that just means it wasn't the fit for you, and yours it still in process. It will happen in due time, no question. Continue to hold on and hold out for the ideal space to show up, where you will find, or be able to build the house of your dreams. Best of luck to you as you continue the search!!

Don't worry about "little cuddles" too much. I have a nearly 13 year old son (next month) and he still likes cuddles. Roo might be the same. You might need to get used to the one million things before goodnight though. The pain in your heart to walk away, as a mum, is real! Roo's talking has really come on, he's amazing. All the best with the continued house search, maybe the land just wasn't meant for you, something will be though. How precious for him to have that relationship with your Mum, may it continue for years to come xx

Rupert is doing what a 2yr old is supposed to do he is finding his own wants and voice and exploring that , being 2 is frustrating and exciting all at the same time its a difficult and rewarding age for parents for sure . Always think with property what will be will be , you will end up where you're meant to be . We did a full renovation on a farm house with our own bare hands , it was very hard work and worthwhile doing as it was in 2 acres of land with a wood and outbuildings and a field 30 yrs ago and brought our family up here and have never moved as its so special . I do think you will find your dream place whether it be land or a renovation in the country , good luck . Phew at first I thought your new was twins !!! ha xxx

Copelands cakes are amazing as well , mam used to make ours when we were little we had a teddy's bear picnic a doll for one of ours think was my sisters and another can remember had big princess castle with candy floss clouds xx

We found out in June 2016 was pregnant also at scan went to found out was 18weeks and 5 days time flew over was amazing found out what was expecting to couldn't believe it was happy happy as had name for boy and very slim amount for girls and came on exact due date to 😊 good luck Megan you can do it also looking amazing and not big big either bet roo is so excited to

As far as I can remember, Roo was a premie right? It's unbelievable how many words he knows ans uses!! By age 2 kids should have around 50 words he has like 500. Well done you both. What an amazing parents you are, and talkative 😂😍
