As a frequent Doordash customer, I appreciate when the dashers communicate any mess-ups. Stuff happens. Nothing to get upset about. I had one poor driver get stuck on the highway behind a bad accident and not have moved for an hour. I cancelled but gave him a big tip because I felt bad he was stuck for so long.
