always make me laugh when they say authentic Italian full stop nooooo! it is not ! my wife rosa is from Turin in Italy Italian American is not Italian real italians laugh at americans when they say this too much garlic too much cheese tooo much meat real italian food is lots of vegetables italy was a poor country their diet was mostly pauper food simple rustic cheap easy to cook
