Nothing like wok hay. It’s it’s own taste. A seasoned wok does that. Respect to that guy! Hard to replicate that when you don’t have a conventional wok burner. Those Latin dishes look amazing, too!

no, this dough is made fried or roasted on a griddle or pan without oil or anything else just the hot pan that you would then make arepas with it, or if you make it boiled you can make dumplings with or without dressing.

@@lidialondres la marca PAN es la mejor marca para hacer arepas, así que es esa. Con esa harina puedes hacer empanadas y también arepas dulces que son muy deliciosas.
