Yeah…it hurt most when I had found out what happened to me when I was born when I was in elementary/middle school and it was only because of an eip meeting which again I learned I was in it way before what I found out but anyway it was kind of a heart breaker to learn what happened when I was born only to learn years after that I am kinda autistic at age 19 and 1/2 years old…I learned through a physiologist I still see but it’s just one part of my journey with this that I just learned about years later all because some doctor had to play dumb about it but anyway charges or a lawsuit will probably be in the works although I don’t believe so just because the hospital I was born in doesn’t exist anymore and everything that was there isn’t there anymore so kinda hard to fight this battle when the proof just wiped out from the system 2 years after I was born but I swear justice will be served and something has to be done about this it wasn’t really fair how I just learned all this during my last year as a teenager but it’s fine I have a voice I can use to fight with and an opinion to voice because if I can actually I might as well use it to stick out for anyone else that’s on the more sever range of the spectrum because it’s only the right thing to do plus I don’t ever mind trying to teach anyone on the sever part of the spectrum to speak speech especially in multiple languages can take a lot of time but all I know is English comes first and if they would like a challenge or think they would be up for it I would love to try teaching them Spanish as well but of course I would have patience with them true way my mom has patience with me whenever I am sensory overloaded from fireworks because it’s also the right thing to do and my ancestors who had disabilities would be proud of me for trying to help others with the same condition as me but don’t worry I’m not a bad person who makes fun of those things because I’m just like those people and I know what it’s like to feel frustrated or anxious if I have to be near something I don’t like hearing so much of because it’s disrupting and doesn’t feel good to my ear holes.

Me and my brother are born with autism and I was always made fun of as a child on my dad's side for having autism and I was the only kid who had autism at the time because I was young and my brother wasn't born yet on my father's side. I was constantly bullied by my cousin's on my dad's side because they could not handle people or me who had autism but when my brother was born and they accepted him more because they know the b******* that they caused me and that would happen on him. It's so sad to see that people really make fun of people with autism before they actually get to know what they have to f****** go through in life.

As I am autistic (but I can control myself mostly now growing up), it's hard to believe people laughed at me too cause I was different. It was hard making friends and control my emotions. I thought I really was alone in this world. The only people that truly cared was believe it or not, not the specialist, but my friends. My friends who's been with me for 10 years. We've grown up. I got a job, I can drive, etc. Now, I'm not bragging because I know others that are autistic cannot have the abilities I have, but never. NEVER will I put them down. Because they're trying. They're trying to be whole themselves. I will not let people pick on autistic people...not what I've gone through

My fiance's brother is autistic and so is her nephew and I can say I have never seen her do anything, but love them and treat them the way she wants to be treated. She finds goofy ways to make it fun for his nephew when he does one of his things he does. Like when he sways back and forth she with take his hand and join in and ask him to dance with her because he loves dancing. She finds away to make everything that would annoy some people fun for his so he doesn't feel different. For that I love her. My uncle has it too and I have seen her with him and it amazes me that she doesn't get frustrated with all of his questions all the time.

Over the year so many people including teachers try to get me to stop. Brought up many ideas to stop me such as having me sit on my hands. One person said to use duct tape to keep me from doing it. I’ve had security called on me because I was apparently scaring people. People need to realize I can’t control it sometimes. I have to live with it for the rest of my life. Again thank you for making this. Hopefully people will get a better understanding about it.

One of my older brothers who is 19 years old is a high functioning autistic person. Now I always have to say that he’s high functioning because well it’s just being specific in a good way. But even though his autism isn’t as bad as others, I still appreciate videos like this 👍

I've been diagnosed with Autism at 2, but I've been treated unfairly and abused by a preschool teacher. No matter what we're diagnosed with, we're ALL worthy of love.

Some ppl don’t understand others who are different. We should always remember that we should always be respectful to others who are different from us.

My son is recently diagnosed with autism. I feel fortunate that he is loved and supported and understood. I really hate it when other people make fun of him or other people with disabilities. They have very beautiful souls and have much to offer to this world and enrich our lives.

I wish people would accept my autistic traits that I could be stimmy like Jaheem when I'm excited and happy. It's hard to imagine being able to blend in as an autistic adult. I guess it's safer to unmask in neurodiverse environments

A lot of people don't really know who autistic children and people are. Its unfortunate because really they are much more intuitive and clever than most normal people. They are also a lot of fun in the way they solve difficult problems so easily
