No they are definitely not sure what they are being arrested for as the amount of crime they comit is multiple which is why briefs tell you not to say anything!

It costs like 40k/year of tax dollars to keep someone in prison and the US has the largest percentage of its citizens incarcerated vs any other country in the world, and it's not close. I think at some point you have to invest more in your citizens, schools, mental health and such. The current way of doing things is just a bandaid fix on complex issues. But watching videos like this I can relate to your thoughts, they are just going to let this guy back out after assaulting and threatening to kill police?

They are non-functioning members of society who take up a huge amount of resources whether they are in prison or out on the street getting arrested every week.

We should be investing in them when young.....oh wait, they doesn't work either. So many graduate every year and we have so few jobs thanks to both sides politicians allowing our jobs to be sent overseas.
