On March 24, 2023, officers were called to a domestic disturbance in La Crosse, WI. Dispatch informed them of an intoxicated male involved in altercations with his girlfriend. The individual has a significant criminal history and tends to undergo an extreme personality shift when under the influence of alcohol. Eventually, officers found him as a passenger in a vehicle and instructed him to exit, but he resisted and was uncooperative. According to online records, he’s been arrested 14 times since 2019.

Arrested 15 times, has 3 active felony warrants, has a bond restriction where he's not allowed to drink but he literally gets out every single time, continues to be a belligerent drunk every single time, and still only gets slaps on the wrist judicially. If only we could have some say about some of the DA's in the country, because holy I'm so tired of seeing people that don't deserve 15th chances (not even 2nd chances) being given so much leniency, when victims/civilians often get hit with the same bond cost as aggressors do.

@@91boltshockey POTUS doesn't control local level bail and charges. The State of Wisconsin is the ones that are letting this guy out again and again without rehabilitation. He was scheduled for a jail term of 8 months, so it sounds like he already has consequences happening. The GOP has been in control of Wisconsin for some time the last I checked, so the lack of alcohol treatment programs to order him to enter (Alcoholics Anonymous doesn't work for this. An actual medical program is needed as it has a higher success rate) for drunk drives and criminal that are obviously driven by alcohol abuse. I don't think Biden has anything to do with that lack of services that are obviously desperately needed in the community of LaCross WI. Good Lord they need some alcohol treatment programs available in that town. Talk about a place to open one up and make sooooo much money.

If only WI judges would see the incredible burden people like this are. What’s he have to do? Run over a judge’s daughter while still driving very drunk after 14 arrests? Really? Wisconsin has amazingly polite and patient cops and an absolutely horrible system of courts and nearly useless justices. The police force should walk off the job in protest until the blatant justice problems are fixed. The judges are making all their efforts nearly useless while sending a message to criminals there are no real consequences for their actions.

Anyone could make an easy $20 by betting that this kid is going to do the same shit again and have the same results where he’s back out putting others in grave danger. Being in one single video on these types of channels should be life-changing in the sense it brings total embarrassment to the person featured. They should want to cover their face and keep their heads down when in public, terrified that someone will recognize them from watching a video they’re in out of fear of being seen only as that type of person for the rest of their life. It should make them cringe in disgust with their behavior enough to where they want to do better and never have themselves in that position again where they become the laughing stock of not only their community, but for the internet as a whole along with the shame it would bring their loved ones for being even associated with them, but not this kid. He knows he’ll be out soon … he even says so. He knows his family and loved ones will still be there for him and continue to treat him all the same … he even acknowledges it. He knows that he can treat everyone around him like shit and get aggressive with officers as long as he can claim he’s drunk and it all be shrugged off to get yet another chance that way too many are never given for even lesser first time offenses.

We had a young man that started out just like this one. EVERYBODY tried to help him. Counseling, sober court, alcohol tether. He just kept doing dumb stuff. He finally did what everyone was afraid of. 4 days after being released from prison for felony DUI, he was driving a stolen car, no license, hit, and killed an entire family. He had a BAC of .3. He literally walked away from the crash. People telling him to wait for the police. He told everyone present to go get F'ed, and walked about a mile to a bar and was sitting drinking when the police came to arrest him. The family had a dash camera that survived the crash and it clearly showed him head-on drive right into them. In court, he complained that nobody had ever given him a chance, and DEMANDED that he be given probation with outpatient substance abuse. He cursed at the relatives of the family he had killed, and had to be dragged out of the courtroom. With the revocation of his parole (which he will have to complete his sentence on his prior felony DUI) and his new sentence, he will be in prison for around 16 years, and I will bet that when he is released in 2030, and I will be that he will be drunk before he gets back to the county.
