I was only thinking the other day. Jimmy’s Voice is better now in his early 60s than when he was younger. No other countries know of many of our singers. They know only the tip of the iceberg of singers/musicians here. So we had to keep them to ourselves. Now with reactions/reviews, combined with more people here stuck at home on lockdown re covid we are spending far more time on line for many things, including watching and or requesting our singers. Jimmy’s whole family sings - and very well too. All talented and now, even his grandchildren - The Barnes Musical Dynasty Lol 💞

Sia is such a musician, I remember listening to her when she was on triple J still in 99/2000. I had to check an Amy Winehouse fan the other day who said if Amy wasn't famous, Sia wouldn't be; I had to remind them that Sia has been making music since Amy was 8 years old; and as it turns out Amy covered Sia's tracks early in her career. Not that I am dissing Amy; Amy herself is a beast, and I love Amy Winehouse; but I also love Sia; Healing is difficult is just as important as Back to black.

To be a Successful Australian singer in Australia you need to have it ALL in spades. The tall poppy syndrome prevails heavily over here. It's created some of the best singers in the world. They need to work harder, sing better, work a crowd stronger than anyone else just to be on an even playing field with overseas acts in their own backyard. Once they gain us Aussies support they never lose it. Aussie Aussie Aussie ✊️✊️✊️

Oh and by the way you've got a voice there too!!!
