4 Cups of Sifted All Purpose Flour
2/3 Cup of Shortening
2/3 Cup of Unsalted Butter
1/4 Tsp Salt
Ice Water to bind the dough
Egg for Egg Wash
For the Filling:
1/2 Lb Ground Beef
Carrots
Sweet Peppers
Onion
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Oil
Any Seasonings of your choice
