What a beautiful duck curry. Well seasoned, cooked to perfection, the color is Vibes. Presentation in the plate is phenomenal. I have never had it with coconut milk before. This is what makes your curry unique, different from the traditional duck curry. It's perfectly done and I would recommend it to be the front page of a cook book or a newspaper. For me no the sweetest meat curry is the one that is cooked in enough oil but u can always cook it to your preference hun use less oil my recipes are to my liking and preference 🤗

Never try the whole geera love. Usually the cinnamon stick. Some people add cloves as well.

I respect everyone opinion but u have a choice cook with less or no oil this is my recipe and I’ll do it how my family enjoys it any meat curry that is cooked in enough oil is the tastiest curry 🤗I never said it was a healthy recipe 🤪
