GUYANESE STYLE DUCK CURRY

Today is my friend’s birthday, Azim. I wanted to make a nice dinner for him, so I made his favorite, duck curry with rice. I want to wish Azim a very happy birthday, all the best in health, happiness, prosperity, and whatever his heart desires.

All well and good Rocky. Good Presentation. Word of caution cooking with aluminum utensils . Either use a wood spoon to avoid scraping of the pot or if possible switch to stainless. A bit expensive but minimizes health risks. Buen Provecho !!! Good Eats Enjoy.
