I've used a griddle to make them in the past, but they didn't turn out to nicely...I see that you use a pizza stone.. which I also have..I will be using that next time.. thank you.

It's a flat pan. You can make it even in a frying pan, just has to be big enough to fit the roti in. Thank you for trying the recipe. What is your nationality, if you don't mind me asking?

Help!! My roti burst and all the potato comes out when I roll it out !!!

Hi, sorry to hear that. Potato roti is very delicate so you have to be very careful when rolling it out. Try to put a lot of flour on the dough and don’t apply too much pressure when rolling it out. I hope these tips will help and hopefully you won’t have this problem again. Let me know how it goes once you try it again, please.
