🇬🇾 Guyanese Aloo Roti (Potato Stuffed Roti) Recipe 🇬🇾

In this video you will learn how to make Aloo Roti. Aloo Roti is a soft, seasoned, and flavorful roti that can be enjoyed by itself.
Ingredients:
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/3 Cups Warm Water
1 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Salt (For dough)
1 TSP Salt (To boil Potato)
1 TSP Oil (To rub on the dough after kneading)
1 TSP Adobo
1/2 TSP Chicken Bouillon
1/2 TSP Accent
1/2 TSP Geera (Cumin)
2 Medium Potatoes
2 Root of Scallion
2 Clove Garlic
1 Red Chilli Pepper
1 Green Chilli Pepper
Ghee & Oil Mixture
1/2 Cup Oil
1/8 Cup Ghee Melted
