I've seen quite a few of recipes for this online. But I trusted none but this one. One of the recipes started with the dumping of water into the rice, then adding herbs & seasonings, & then the coconut milk. Looked like a soup. I knew that I had found the right video when I saw you sauté your herbs & frying down the rice a bit before adding the liquid. I followed your recipe (with Jasmine rice) & it came out AMAZING. Thank you so much!

We use to make this when I was younger still enjoy it today, we make it with stew salt fish on yhe side 😋
