Thanks for this lovely recipe! Just for clarity, did you use 4 cups of coconut milk AND 1 cup of water for a total of 5 cups of liquid? I noticed the ingredients list.... It mentioned 4 cups, then 1 cup. Thank you again. I'll be preparing this today! Yum! 😋 💙

Have to try this. Does the rice get soggy ? I never know how much milk to use
@candythaglamcook Жыл бұрын
The rice I used doesn't get mushy but it alittle wet when it's done because that's how we like it..you can cook yours dry if you prefer. I think I added the correct amount of milk you need in the description box.

Those Peppers are also known "Scotch Bonnet" peppers.
@candythaglamcook2 жыл бұрын
I think Scotch bonnet are alittle different they are the same family tho so they look similar. These are habernero we don't get scotch bonnet here where I reside.
@jmming46462 жыл бұрын
@@candythaglamcook and I think Scotch Bonnet Peppers seem to be more of a Jamaican thing. I live in Bermuda and we have both of the Peppers here.
