I love this brand chowmein as well. I always prep everything first and the lastly I boil the chowmein and add it straight into the pot and there is a absolutely no sticking. Some Chinese five spice gives it the back home taste... all most... Good stuff Rocky and God bless

My 42 year old daughter just asked me how to make Chicken Chowmein 5/5/2021. I don’t eat any meat, Turkey or Chicken for years now. I like to start boiling my Chowmein as the chicken or just veggies are almost done. So as soon as I strain it, it goes into the veggies or the fry up chicken with veggies. I don’t like to boil it first. Works better for me. Good job as always Rocky 👍🏽👍🏽 lol

Chowmin looks good, I never put oyster sauce and sesame oil in mine, I will have to try it. I only put soy sauce and Chinese sauce. The beets add a beautiful color to the juice. I like champion chowmin too, that's the only brand I cook.
