they were blaming Garosh for everything that the horde had ever done, that "forced pregnancy" bit was during the second war, when the horde forced Alex (red dragon aspect) to get pregnant over and over again so the horde can brainwash and eventually ride the dragon whelps. (How did the horde manage to do that to a being that powerful? No idea!) and they put this among Garrosh's crimes despite him not even being in Azeroth yet when this happened and having nothing to do with it. They just REALLY wanted to get rid of him.
