With an Audi A5 we bought new. My girlfriend said they even video the car and take photos to show faults. Of course if you take a 100k or more super car in somewhere. They're going to have a really good look at it. Even on my work car a caliper problem became 1100 due to other work needed. When a decent garage were given a free hand to have a look around.

One special Ferrari in yellow that they ruined. The red one also looked a total mess. They moaned about the 720s being non standard. But at least it would look good on the road. The red car was modified/ruined. Yet they seemed happy with it. Are there priciples, or is it about a pound note?

I can understand this company wouldn't sell that 720s. But in reality I didn't see much wrong with the car. Might need a few quid. But those ceramic discs would probably be more than good enough for an MOT. Even a few digs in them. And putting non McClaren parts on a cheaper super car is probably pretty common. Especially when the cars dip below 100k in value and are losing tons of money anyway.
