Road and construction boom.. Wide roads so there wont be any traffic problem there anytime soon.. 🙂
@Gventures14 сағат бұрын
Yeah. I don't think traffic was ever an issue out here though. The traffic issues are in Cairo, and they keep building new satellite cities to relieve congestion there, except the majority of people in Cairo are unable to afford to move to the new satellite cities they keep building anyways, so the congestion problem remains. This new city isn't a satellite city or wasn't built to relieve congestion though, it was built for tourism and such. I'm just rambling 😅

Would you look at all that completed construction!! And all those high rise buildings. And the bridges and all those wide roads. It is absolutely fascinating that all this money has gone into real estate and the yes, I agree.. that blue is phenomenal!! So beautiful. Camerawork is great thank you, saw everything clearly. I think as soon as an emphasis on smart production gets applied to cities like these (because there's more than plenty of land) it will be hopping. There are trees and wide roads and beautiful blue skies!! The key would be smart city planning and rules and regulation to keep it as clean and as smooth as possible for the longest time possible. The mall looks promising but I can only imagine pricing?! Thank you for the tour. What did you end up eating? :)

Look, I'm not a fan of these kinds of places myself, but really? "Empty, what's the point?" Surely you realize it's a new city being built, it's under construction, so of course it's empty right now. Beyond that, the north coast sees a lot more visitors in the summer, which it is currently not. Obviously, it won't remain empty forever, once things are more built up and more people move here.
