I envy you, I wish I was still young and strong, I would have loved to rediscover the country of my birth on a motorcycle or car. Fascinating to say the least. Prices are decent and i think, like i said they're all done vacationing for the season. Maybe next spot or the downtown tour will prove otherwise. That little Great Escape was epic. I figured well, she is Gventures, what else would you expect. Lol. Good for you!! Your attitude is wonderful just FYI. I would have lost it a few times already. Lol. Don't ask why. Anyway, it's petty amazing that there are that many buildings and that many apartments and places to stay in Alamein. That's impressive. I really hope you can get your deposit back without headache. Good luck and safe travels Evel. 😂
@Gventures17 сағат бұрын
Yeah it's off season so the prices are lower, and it's a ghost town 😅 But I knew it would be. I wouldn't come here though, even in the summer. If I were to go anywhere along the North Coast for the summer, it would be to Alexandria or Marsa Matruh, with friends or my bf (by bus😅). Heheh that would have been such a silly way to get stuck, thankfully I was able to squeeze through without any scratches to my bike or the police coming by. That would have been awkward scene 🤣 And I don't need any tickets. Anyways, it's stupid they don't make more exits or access to the side roads along the highway. Bad design imo. Thanks Mozedition 😄🙏😎

@GventuresКүн бұрын
Well firstly, because New Alamein is just that - new. They are still building the city, so it's still in the early stages of development. But another BIG reason is - it's off season! Everyone flocks to these areas in the summer, to go swimming and enjoy the beaches. Because it is winter now, it is kind of like a ghost town. But of course I am not riding my motorcycle to Siwa in the summer, so we get a look at these towns when there isn't much happening.

@GventuresКүн бұрын
Honestly man, I know people who make videos that are very similar to mine that get a lot of views (way more than mine), and their videos are 45 mins, 1 hour. I also get people asking me to make my videos longer. Then I get people asking me to make them shorter. I get people telling me to turn the music up, turn it down, don't have music. People tell me they don't want to watch the motorcycle rides, other people tell me they like the rides, some people say don't swear, others say they don't care, people want me to make daily vlogs, and vlogs showing rental prices and hospitals, etc. etc. etc. Bottom line is, I just can't please everyone. Some people want to see everything, other people want fast clips. I know we live in the era of tiktok and instagram, but people that really want that fast stuff can just go to those platforms then. What I am doing seems to be working, or at least it's okay, because I am steadily growing. Maybe I would grow faster if I made shorter videos, who knows, but I decide to leave in stuff for reasons, and those reasons can vary. It's a journey and some people want to see more of it. So...yeah. I'm just gonna continue editing the way I have been. Thanks for watching though 🙏

On my motorcycle trip from Cairo to Abu Simbel in the winter of 2022, on the way back to Cairo I rode from Luxor to Beni Suef (530km) in one day. So driving to Siwa is entirely possible, I just need to make sure I am well rested. But I appreciate your concern 🥰 Did you know I am also taking Arabic classes? I have a tutor. I just don't study as often as I should, because I am so busy with work (teaching English) and then with my free time making KZbin videos.
