Hey dude! Sorry for my english.. But: I already tried to flip items in GW2 at the first time it came out pretty well made 7 gold profit. Cool but i bought a skin that is on the toplist of that site.. Bought it, wanted to sell it for higher price but one guy kept bidding lower prices then i lost my money cause the exchange, so i had to sell it instantly cause i need that money so badly.. Where did i fkd up this ? Lost 20 gold btw.. Only have 60 gold now.

First off, anything at the 'top list' of a site (e.g. gw2bltc) is going to be seen by a lot of people, so there is more competition. Second, the most important thing you can learn (as the subject of this video shows) is patience. Look at the graphs for the item you want to sell, if it has sold at that price before, it will likely sell at that price again. You don't want to keep re-listing as you have discovered this destroys any profit you might make. Third, as Sam highlights in the video, you have invested too much of your wealth into one thing and it has caused you to lose gold when it failed. If you need the gold that badly you should not be investing it all into one flip. Big flips like that rarely work out and if they do, it takes a while to pay off. I suggest looking into some of Sam's other videos where he discusses things such as market velocity and ROI. That will help you get a feel for what you can and can't flip.

And another tipp. For the beginnig Start out with low cost and high velocity items, bacause they tend to sell way faster. As you Seen with your „Investment“ you depent on one item to Make Profit and if that didnt go well you will loose all your Gold. Spread your Investments until i reacht 5000 Gold i swaped daily 400-600 different Items in a different quantity. My Profit margin per item was about 90 copper to 3 Silver but the quantity brings out the „huge“ Numbers. Sam did a Video for this erlyer this Year.
