GW2 WvW Staff Spellbreaker - Even better after testing - Gameplay Showcase

Hello guys, and welcome back to my channel.

I was not sure about this class, but after testing it more, i'm happy to say that it works greatly , especially in the strips aspect.

They don't use Tempests , maybe you find 1-2 per 50 ppl squad Idk what sl is

The only thing I don't like about this build is no hammer ;) (joking, I'm sure you tested everything out @metallone....but I do love the feel of 'chad-hammer leaping' into a blob ;) )

Hammer is strong! Probably better than dagger/wh in smaller fights, since CC have more value there. For big fights i prefer warhorn

im sorry but if you outstrip a scourge, the scourge is terrible. Dont see it becomes meta unless they give ti a more reliable way to condi cleanse

Not sure about the bad scourge part, but i consistently outstrip scourges(consider that most spb run banner instead of bubble, which is better in most scenario, for finishing downed enemies). Condi removal is not great indeed,but scourge is not much better, and spb can provide perma resistance. Also, condi removal is a job for secondary supports like scrapper/tempest etc.

Absolutely agree. It's not the warriors job to cleanse. Also I think what the video shows, is that spellbreaker has a significant amount of strips. There is a reason why tryhard wvw blob guilds like QWOP mostly swapped off healscourge, there are just better builds (not talking about warrior).

@@metallonegw2283 What im saying is, which class you want to replace? If its Scourge, you cant. Dunno how you always outstrip scourges, I constantly seeing scourges outstrip all spb in tier1(maybe sometimes 1 spb outstrip everyone, but its very rare) If you want to replace secondary, you cant. Since condi cleanse bad.

Spb strips > scourge strips (if you run bubble) Spb heals >>>> scourge heals Scourge barrier >> spb barrier Spb gives almost perma resistance, scourge gives 0 Spb general boom spam >>>> scourge Scourge general condi spam>>>> spb Condi cleanses, bad on both Spb can use battle standard to finish enemies or to revive allies, but the cd is high, whereas scourge has transfusion(which cannot finish enemies but can really turn fights with the teleports+revive) which has a high cd, but much lower than battle standard . I wouldn't say spb it's a meme tbh
