I think you did a really good job of explaining it. The last tip is probably the most important be confident, some else said this but it summed it up pretty good. No one wants to follow a boring person around for a few hours. Being confident generally causes you to not be that boring person. And I think that goes for all types of commanding, although of course its going to be more important for your last point.

Thank you very much. Yes every points I made are all equally important but if you don’t have confidence, it prolly won’t go as well as it’s supposed to go. Not an easy task to be commander that’s for sure.
