The Willbender is one of the more mobile and burst-oriented builds for Guild Wars 2 WvW Roaming, but it lacks sustain especially when outnumbered. This video shows how to use mobility to create distance between your enemies which will give you time to take them out in isolation.

Full dragon hit hard but Cele is still better for 1vX. I w8 for 3 great buff for guardian GS2 will not slow when use so we can use in full speed, GS4 reduce casting speed to 900ms and willbender virtue will not cancel each other.

I just came back to the game and started getting into willbender. I like this power build and the celestial version of it as well. I plan on running both builds but for now I only have 1 set of ascended swords. Would I be better off using the dragon swords for both builds or would celestial work better?

willbender better burst and mobility, vindicator more tanky. I choose willbender for roaming, vindi for pvp

What's the reason behind taking Smite Condition over Whirling Light? Is it just better for sustained fights, wouldn't Whirling Light fit better with the bursty playstyle?

more survivability outnumbered, and lets you cleanse blind on insta cast so you can land key skills

I expect willbender mobility to be nerfed in the future. The only class that can kill them or escape are Thief and Mesmer. Against all else willbender has it too easy for engage/disengage.

There was absolutely no good reason for that change. It'd be really weird if they said they were going to give us a reason for such changes but then continue to not give us reasons... I'm guessing that the shytters in charge of balance were getting caught off guard by Untamed players readying a Maul/Savage Slash and then porting on top of them.
