Both my kids actually have 5 names. It has become tradition in much of my family to have 2 middles names. Legally I am single and was never married to their father. His mother really wanted them to have their last name. It as a single mother much on her own I wanted to give them mine. So I hyphenated their last names. So they have a first name, 2 middles, and technically two last though I used a dash to hyphenate to make it easier on forms.

Man, I used to hate having four names so much, that I deleted two of them. Well, to be fair, I grew up in an age, where a lot of things required signatures requiring the FULL name (such a time hogger).
